Yes - same 110,000 RPM brushless motor, same 55°C smart heat control, same 1.07 lb body and the same ionic smoothing. The Salon version adds a 3.3 m (10.8 ft) professional cord and ships in a single matte black finish.
Why a 3.5 m cord?
Salon stations are wide, and outlets are never where you need them. The 10.8 ft cord lets one dryer travel between chairs without extension cords - safer, faster and tidier on a busy floor.
Can I use it at home too?
Absolutely. If you have a large bathroom or just want the extra reach, the M2 Salon works exactly like the standard M2 at home. If you'd rather save $20 and don't need the long cord, the standard M2 is the same dryer with a 1.8 m cord.
Does it work with US outlets?
