What is the minimum order quantity?
30 units opens a Salon Starter account, and you can mix models within that
order. Private label / OEM starts at 300 units per SKU.
Can I order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample units ship in 5–7 working days, and sample costs are credited
against your first bulk order of 500+ units.
Do you offer private label or OEM?
Yes — from logo printing at 300 units up to full OEM: custom housing color,
finish, packaging, plug type, voltage and firmware.
Which certifications do you hold?
CE, FCC, UL, UKCA, KC, CCC and RoHS — availability varies by model and
destination market, and we confirm the exact set with your quote.
What are the lead times?
Samples 5–7 days. Trial orders 25–30 days. Bulk production 45–65 days
depending on volume and customization level.
What are the payment terms?
T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for bulk orders.
PayPal or card works for trial orders under 100 units.
How do you ship, and who handles export?
We quote FOB Shenzhen or EXW, and can arrange express, air or sea freight.
Export packing and documentation are included.
Do you offer territory exclusivity?
Yes, for Distributor-tier partners. Exclusivity is granted by region and tied
to annual volume commitments.
Can you match my market's plug and voltage?
Yes. 110V and 220V variants with US, EU, UK and AU plug types are available
on every platform.
